Wedding packages are available on any date. Saturdays in the months of April, May, June, July, and September are restricted to packages only. Use the chart below to choose the package that accommodates one best.

bulletMagnolia Gardens event staff—three team members for one hour before wedding as parking attendants and during reception to buss tables
bulletRental Items—White folding wooden chairs for wedding and reception, tables, tablecloths, stainless flatware including dessert forks, glass dinner, salad, and dessert plates, paper napkins, and quality plastic glasses; napkins and glasses may be up-graded to cloth and glass for forty-five cents each
bulletRehearsal—one hour to be scheduled upon availability
bulletEngagement/bridal portraits—1.5 hours to be scheduled with your photographer; appointment necessary

Contract times include one’s time for decorating and cleaning. One’s cleaning responsibility is only removing any decorations that one brought in. Decorating and cleaning services can be provided by Magnolia Gardens at $30 per man hour and $25 per man hour, respectively. Decorations removed and stored by our staff may be retrieved at a scheduled later time. Wedding guests and members of the wedding party must be off of the premises at the end of contract time.
